Hopefully my study doc will be giving me some 20mg emsam patches. Is there anyway to extract the active to utilize a lower dose?
Im scared if I just stick the patch on ill experience HIGH ANXIETY.
I dont think they are HCL or citrate so that would ruin bioavailabilty, no?

no such thing as a 20mg patch....they come in 6, 9 and 12
since transdermally they reach much higher peak values in the brain they become "dual" MAO I inbitors and it slos the breakdown of both dopamine and serotonin........which in turn lowers anxiety.....
most experience less anxiety with emsam than with oral deprenyl
