Ok, so I got 4 weeks to do a minicut in july before going on vacation, and here is what I came up with (with help from friends).
Day 0: Sust 200mg + Primo 150mg + Tren 50mg
Day 3: Tren 50mg
Day 4: Sust + Primo
Day 6: Tren
Day 8: Sust + Primo
Day 9: Tren
Day 12: Sust + Primo + Tren
Day 15: Tren
Day 16: Sust + Primo
Day 18: Tren
Day 20: Sust + Primo
Day 21: Tren
Day 22: Sust + Primo
Day 24: Tren
Day 26: Sust + Primo
Day 27: Tren
Day 30: Sust + Primo + Tren
Day 0 to 30: Arimidex 0.25mg/E2D
PCT: starting 21 days after last Sust injection
3 weeks: 30mg Nolva/20mg Nolva/10mg Nolva
Question: How supressive is this cycle going to be (tren is my concern, I could drop the Tren and do a Primo/sust only cycle)? In case, I get shutdown, what further steps should I add to maximize recovery. (hcg on/off cycle; serm on cycle, T3 ...)

This cycle will not be very effective, most of the testosterone in sust is long estered. Primo has a long ester attached to it as well. It would take about 3-4 weeks to start noticing gains in mass and strength from those two compounds. By the time your cycle is over is when most of the gear would first be starting to work.

Pointless as captain just pointed out...

Ok, so I would have to do a 10-12 weeker. I figured 4 weeks would be too short.
Ok, in that case, I am droping the Tren for sure. Using Arimidex @ .25mg/E2D.
PCT: Nolva 6 weeks at 20mg, 3 weeks of Aromasin @ 20mg, 3 weeks of hcg 300-500iu/EOD.
But, it's gonna get pricey on the primo, so I'd rather do a 10 weeker of sust. 250mg/E4D.

It sounds like this is your first cycle. If it is then keep it simple. Choose a single ester test like cypionate or enanthate. Run the cycle for 10-12 weeks at a dosage of 400-500mg/week.
This way, you can see how your body reacts to a single, basic compound before adding others in. Also this is a very basic cycle, its simple with little to mess up.
