Loki
Ingredients:

1/4-1/2 cup of crushed FF graham crackers
2 tbsp. Splenda
1 tsp. Honey
1/2 pint of Sugar-free Ice Cream/Fro-yo'
2 packets of Sugar-free Lemonade Mix (Mol. Nutrition's Lemon Whey-Fruity also makes for an excellent--albeit costly-- substitution if you're looking to add some protein to this...)
2 tbsp. fat-free Cool Whip
Dash Cinnamon
[optional: 1 tbsp. butter substitute (depending on taste)]

Directions:

Crush crumbs (mix w. butter subs. if desired), spread in pan, sprinkle with Splenda + cinnamon. That's your crust. Then, blend everything else (2/3 remaining Splenda, honey, SF I-C, Cool Whip, lemonade mix) for like 15-20 seconds on pulse in a blender. Spread topping (stuff you just blended) over crust, and coat with the remaining Splenda. Then freeze for 1-2 hrs. MMMmmm...Glorious. If you're refeeding, you can pretty eat these by the pan (it works out to just under 10g of fructose per batch); they rock. They also just make for a nice, low-cal desert that you can eat when bulking without going over-board on junky cals.

Gotta try this with Supercarb...

I still think refeeds should include high GI carbs. Which would make supercarb a less desirable substitution.

Sounds tasteful, I might have to stockpile a few of these as I get off this competition cut.

Actually if you're not refeeding and your a natty bber your dieting is suffering. These would be great for refeeds while contest dieting.
